Introduction to Coupon Types and Usage

To thank our users for their continued support, the platform will occasionally launch various promotional campaigns. Coupons obtained through these promotions will be displayed under Account Management > Financial Management > My Coupons. Available coupons include Registration Coupons, Backorder Coupons, Renewal Coupons, and Transfer-in Coupons, among others. 1. Types of Coupons

1）. Registration Coupon: Used when registering a new domain. If you wish to register a domain that is currently unregistered, you can purchase a registration coupon to enjoy a discounted registration price.

2）. Backorder Coupon: Used when placing a backorder for a domain. When reserving a domain that is about to be deleted due to expiration, this coupon can be used to offset part of the cost for domains successfully acquired through fixed backorder channels.

3）. Renewal Coupon: Used when renewing a domain. This coupon provides a discounted renewal price. Please note that renewal coupons are specific to the domain extension (TLD), so make sure to purchase the correct one for your domain.

4）. Transfer-in Coupon: Used when transferring a domain into the platform. When submitting a domain transfer request using an authorization code, this coupon can be used to deduct the amount shown on the coupon—regardless of the domain extension.

2. Purchasing and Using Coupons

1）. Purchase the coupon you need from the platform’s Coupon Promotion Page. When you make a purchase, the applicable coupon will be automatically applied at checkout. For example, if you want to register a domain with the .COM extension, you will need to purchase a .COM Registration Coupon.

2）. Using Coupons: After purchasing a .COM Registration Coupon, when you submit a registration request for a .COM domain within the coupon’s validity period, the system will automatically detect the coupon in your account and apply it by default. Each coupon can only be used for one domain registration. If you plan to register multiple domains, please make sure that the number of coupons in your account matches the number of domains you wish to register.

3. Coupon Usage Guidelines

1）.Coupons generally have an expiration date. Once expired, they are invalid, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you pay attention to the validity period and expiration date when purchasing and using coupons.

2）.Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them.

3）.The purchase price for distributor accounts does not include commissions, so no commission rebates will apply.

4）.Coupons support automatic redemption. There is no need to manually apply them in the shopping cart. When making a purchase, the system will automatically apply the applicable coupon first.
