This issue is usually caused by the domain already being bound under another account. You need to complete domain ownership verification and release the previous binding first:
1. Verify Domain Ownership
Add the specified DNS record as prompted by the system to prove domain ownership.
2. Force Unbind and Release
After successful verification, the system will forcibly unbind and release all previous Enterprise Mailbox accounts associated with the domain. Once released, you can bind the domain under your own account again.

• A domain can only be bound to one Enterprise Mailbox account at the same time;
• If the binding was not performed by yourself, it is recommended to submit a ticket or contact customer support for assistance.
